AboutRegistrationAccommodationProgrammeAbstracts Accommodation All delegates are responsible for making their own arrangements for accommodation. The Adana Hilton SA is located on the banks of the Seyhan River with a view of the Roman Stone Bridge, and will be the main ESN meeting venue.

The tax rate charged on room costs is currently 8% Accommodation charges include a buffet breakfast. The hotel is 3 km from the city centre and 5 km from the airport. The hotel has 308 rooms including 17 suites, a business Centre catering to every need of the guests and a variety of meeting rooms. Wi-Fi is available in all meeting rooms, guest rooms and public area.A health Club, including outdoor and indoor swimming pools, tennis courts, jogging track, fitness, aerobic, Turkish bath, sauna and massage rooms will be available to delegates staying at the hotel. A variety of catering options will be available including The Spice Market Restaurant, Chibo Restaurant, Zeytini Bar and Gallery Loung. Other Accommodation possibilities Getting to the meeting venue The meeting venue is approximately 3.5 Km from Adana airport. A taxi from the airport should take only 5 minutes and cost between 5 and 7 Euro. The venue is 2 Km from the city centre. Adana airport has regular flights to and from Istanbul and other Turkish airports. Some direct flights to Adana are available in September.
